What we collect, why, and how we keep it safe - across this website, YENU ERP, and our free Y Tools.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains how Yenu Corporation (Pvt) Ltd ("YenuIT", "we") handles data across yenuit.com, the YENU ERP application, and our free Y Tools (Doc Scan & Rename, IRD VAT Invoice Generator, Cheque Printer, Bank Reconciliation, FS Preparation).
Visiting yenuit.com itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Traffic analytics (page views, country, referrers) are collected through Cloudflare's built-in web analytics, which works without any tracking script or cookie on your browser. If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if given) and message, so we can reply.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email, business name and phone number. Once you're using the product, you control what business data goes into it - customers, invoices, inventory, and so on - and that data belongs to you (see section 5). We also log basic usage information (sign-ins, which features are used) to keep the product reliable and to help with support.
We don't store your full card details ourselves. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, who collects what they need to process the charge directly.
Most Y Tools (Doc Scan & Rename, Cheque Printer, Bank Reconciliation, FS Preparation) work entirely in your browser - files you open in them aren't uploaded to our servers at all, unless you explicitly choose to sign in to sync your templates/settings across devices, or use an AI-assisted reading feature where one is offered. The IRD VAT Invoice Generator similarly keeps your data local unless you sign in to sync.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your business data to train any AI model.
Each YENU ERP customer's data lives in its own private, isolated database instance - we don't pool customer data together. Backups run daily. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate and support the service, and we use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) throughout.
No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security - but we take reasonable, industry-standard precautions to protect your data and will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting it.
We don't sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary with:
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of YenuIT, our customers, or others.
You can access, export or correct your account and business data at any time from within YENU ERP. If you close your account, you can request full deletion by emailing [email protected] - we'll confirm once it's done, typically within 30 days, except where we're required to keep certain records for longer (for example, financial records, where local law requires it).
Our infrastructure may be hosted outside the country you're in. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy.
Our products are intended for businesses and business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll email account holders or show a notice in the product before the change takes effect.
