These terms apply whenever you use YENU ERP, Y Tools, or any other product published by YenuIT.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
YENU ERP, Y Tools and the other products on this site are operated by Yenu Corporation (Pvt) Ltd ("YenuIT", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Sri Lanka, operating from Malé, Maldives. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and "you" means that business.
YENU ERP is cloud accounting, point-of-sale, inventory and business-management software, provided on a subscription basis. Y Tools (Doc Scan & Rename, IRD VAT Invoice Generator, Cheque Printer, Bank Reconciliation, FS Preparation) are free tools provided separately, with their own lighter sign-up where one is needed.
New YENU ERP accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start a trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, you'll be asked to pick a plan and set up payment at that point - nothing is charged automatically when a trial ends.
| Plan | Who it's for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| POS + Accounts | Shops & cafés that just need tills & books | from $19/mo |
| Starter | Sole traders & small shops | from $29/mo |
| Business | Growing teams & multi-location | from $79/mo |
| Enterprise | Established SMEs & groups | from $199/mo |
Current prices for each plan, and the discount for paying yearly instead of monthly, are shown on our Pricing page - that page is the source of truth, not the table above, if the two ever differ.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you picked) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account - cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period (see our Refund Policy for the one case where it does).
Card and online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. On some payment methods, that provider - not YenuIT - may appear as the merchant on your bank or card statement; this is normal and doesn't change what you're paying for. We also accept direct bank transfer for some customers; details are provided on request.
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your account. Your rate at the time you subscribed stays locked in for the rest of the current billing period.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Every company you set up in YENU ERP gets its own private, isolated instance - we don't share your business data between customers.
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train anything or share it with other customers. You can export your data at any time, and you can request full deletion after you close your account (see our Privacy Policy for how that works and how long it takes).
Use the service lawfully and don't try to break it. That means, among other things: no attempting to access another customer's data, no reverse-engineering or reselling the software itself, no using the service to send spam or commit fraud, and no uploading anything you don't have the right to upload.
We aim to keep YENU ERP available and reliable, but like any software we occasionally need to perform maintenance, and we can't promise the service will never go down. We'll try to give notice of planned maintenance where it's practical to do so.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that repeatedly fails to pay, or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse - in each case we'll try to tell you why.
We work hard to keep YENU ERP accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's set out here or required by law. To the extent permitted by law, YenuIT isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll email account holders or show a notice in the product before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, where Yenu Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is incorporated.
